Wondering when your order is going to arrive? Get real-time status on your shipment from the moment you order until it arrives at your door. Send a status email to orderstatus@ballandbuck.com. We’ll get back to you with a detailed status report including tracking number if available.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from our warehouse in Massachusetts. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

Processing
If an item is in stock, most in-stock orders are ready to ship in 2 business days.
